It is extremely gratifying to see Midmac Group, where it is now since its humble beginning over twenty five years ago. We have evolved over the years responding to market dynamics, customer demand thereby ensuring relevance and progress to the society as a whole.

Director's Note

With a Masters (MSc) Degree in Management from the University College of London (UCL), Arbaz Samsi joined the Midmac Group in 2020. He found through his rigorous analysis that even though Real Estate & Land Development in India was a big opportunity, there were a limited number of Developers. He further realized that there was an evident gap between the customers’ expectations and the actual on-ground delivery. Hence the mission to strive to make Midmac a symbol of trust and reliability.

Walking in his Father’s footsteps, he says “For me, this legacy gives me knowledge and understanding that is unique. It’s knowledge I sometimes take for granted. I have seen the evolution of Midmac first hand from its naissance. I have clear ideas about standards, values, service and principles of how things should be done that have their foundation in my Father’s’ business which set the standard for Midmac. These were of course, his values and are therefore mine”.

Arbaz Samsi is essentially a family man and says that his Parents are his Pillars of Strength. He is an avid sports addict and dabbles in poetry. Being very tech savvy, he says “The importance of technology in the workplace cannot be understated; after all, it has become a core component of any modern-day organization’s success”.

Arbaz believes that we should be sensitive to the needs of others, an ever-smiling person he continues to work diligently with his team members.
